I've been DLing and listening to music like mad these days like Brian Wilson's SMiLE (LOOOVE this song even though it's so cheesy cute; the guy nomnoming on the carrot is Paul McCartney[Well I'm not sure if it's him on the SMiLE album but definitely on the Smiley Smile album]) and Parliament's Mothership Connection (INSANE AS FFFFFFFFFFFF).

And HOLY CRAP THE NEW NENDROIDS OWN. I practically had a moe-induced heart attack when I saw Near in that suit. HNNGHHHH Need to raise money

I've also FINALLLLLY started on the calendar thing and I've recieved the anthology though I haven't looked through it quite yet though I'm now noticing all the anatomy mistakes on mine ffff. (Great job everyone!) I'll answer your question on my journal if you read this, Silvia~.



Mello's outfit is partially hijacked from Jim Morrison~ I want to draw the Wammy boys in that late 1960s classic rock fashion. I love the fashion of the time.

I've been working on this one for a few days. I actually 'finished' a few hours after I first made it but it looked off, so for the next few days, I touched it up, revamped it and edited it up a bit just because I could. It was very relaxing to work with.




Near is seriously so wonderfulllll aghhhh... I imagine his genuine laughter would be a little breathy and a bit stifled because he'd try to appear composed but he also couldn't help BUT laugh anyway. *puddle of fangirl goo*
Also, lol fail attempt at drawing older Near but I still love it cause I love seeing Near happy. fasdfkls

I've recently started browsing /mu/ and have been experimenting with all sorts of music and I've also discovered Google's upload of all past issues of LIFE magazine so my head has been buzzing with ideas and inspiration!

I've also been reading Billy Bat, Urusawa's new manga. Awesome stuff.

I've been practicing when I'm not distracted by the internet my drawing skills lately cause I felt they were getting kinda stale again.
I think I've improved a bit, in terms of speed, construction, and a little anatomy but, of course, I still have much room to improve. I think I need to dedicate a day to studying~ *too easily distracted*


First thing I drew after a long break. Stephen with a fedora. I've always wanted to draw him in one. He's so dashing. *_*

Lately, I've been spending all my time practicing because I'm unsatisfied with the construction aspect of my drawing. Also, ideas are not coming to me at the moment. orz

I figured, I'd at least show this off. I made this for my friend, Jengou @ LJ as a belated birthday gift. This came after the end of a Sailor Moon marathon if you can tell, haha. The bottom panel is Wammy's Justice club and the middle is my favorite part.



Also, happy annivesary Simon and Nia! Maybe I'll draw something for it.
